Educational content about your products
By sharing this type of content, you'll likely see higher engagement from our audience.
Cost of Participation: As an Exhibitor, you gain free access to an array of amenities and marketing benefits, including conference facilities, event planning support, brochure distribution, and inclusion in our purposeful marketing . While there may be occasional opportunities for paid third-party advertising activities, participation in our core marketing initiatives are free.
We encourage your marketing team to meet with our Marketing & Events Manager, Hollie Ryan to explore how we can best support your business. Many successful exhibitors treat us as an additional social media platform. To maximise your exposure, please email your brand news and content to hollie@residium.co.nz so we can share it on your behalf.
Audience Demographic
Our audience is made up of 70% residential customers and 30% design professionals, and the number of design professionals is steadily growing. We aim to create content that appeals to both groups. Most of our social media followers are women aged 25 to 55, and our subscribers are spread across New Zealand, not just in Auckland.
Residium News
Residium News is our online journal and blog. It provides an opportunity for you to showcase your products, share inspirational projects, and announce company news to our audience. The primary goal of Residium News is to educate and inspire, with updates published multiple times per week.
Frequency of Posting:
Each Exhibitor will be reminded to submit content every quarter, or more frequently depending on your capacity and the number of brands and products you wish to update. For example, if your company has one showroom that showcases three products or brands, each of those brands can have multiple articles featured on Residium News.
Hollie will contact you regularly to discuss what you would like to promote or share with our audience. If you wish to push a promotion, sale, deal, or any time-sensitive information, please notify us well in advance to ensure we are coordinated with your dates. We may also contact you about sharing relevant content we see on your channels.
Content Types
Residium News features various types of content:
Products: Introducing new products, profiling features and benefits of existing products, and other product or service-based educational articles. Residium can write copy based on the information you provide. Examples here & here.
Projects: Case studies featuring your products in use. Exhibitors must provide all content for projects and case studies, which receive the highest audience engagement. Please note that exhibitors are responsible for providing all case study photography—Residium can assist with copywriting but is not resourced to photograph your projects or purchase imagery from photographers. Examples here & here.
Residium Content: Residium periodically writes articles highlighting multiple brands within a particular category. Example here.
General News: Updates and articles about Residium, including showroom openings, events, promotions, and other relevant news. This section also helps you stay informed about what other exhibitors are doing. Examples here & here.
We are keen to collaborate with exhibitors to create features exploring various aspects of architectural products, specifications, and design. We are interested in creating long-form downloadable resources, design guides, checklists, and how-to’s. If you have ideas for this type of content and would like to collaborate, please get in touch!
Content Creation & Submission
Submitting Your Own Content:
If you have articles and case studies ready, please email them to hollie@residium.co.nz. If the piece is published elsewhere online, we will adjust the content to ensure the article appears original, unique, and high-quality for the best SEO results. Residium exercises discretion if content isn’t suitable, and may provide feedback to improve it.
Blog Article Guidelines:
When submitting blog articles, please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the content is effective and aligns with Residium’s standards:
Content Relevance: Focus on topics directly related to your products, services, or industry, offering valuable insights or case studies.
Original Content: Ensure all content is original and not published elsewhere to avoid SEO penalties.
Word Count: Aim for a minimum of 300 words, with a cap at 2000 words for optimal SEO and reader engagement. If you include a lot of high-quality photography, the word count can be lower.
Headlines & Subheadings: Use descriptive titles and break up content with subheadings for better readability and SEO.
Keywords: Integrate relevant keywords naturally throughout the article, avoiding keyword stuffing.
Visuals: Include high-quality images or diagrams with appropriate captions and alt text.
Call-to-Action (CTA): End with a clear CTA that aligns with the article’s goals. Residium will also insert a brief description of your Residium Showroom at the bottom of every article.
Links & References: Provide links to relevant internal or external sources, avoiding excessive linking.
Proofreading: Proofread for grammar, spelling, and flow to maintain professionalism. Residium News content is typically written in the third person (e.g., we refer to your business or brand name rather than “we” or “our”).
Meta Description: Include a 150-160 character meta description that summarises the article and includes the main keyword. If omitted, we can create this for you.
Submission Format: Submit articles via email as Word documents or Google Docs, with images provided as separate files.

We can write copy for you if provided with sufficient information.

Please submit high-quality, professional photography for use on our website. Since our site is wide format, images should be at least 2000px in width.
Image placement on our blog is at our discretion. We may adjust the layout to accommodate smaller images if needed.
Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any imagery or content before submitting it to Residium.
Residium does not have the resources to purchase images or conduct photoshoots for your projects.
