Swurves™ panels are designed with a thermoformed vinyl finish on the face and edges of 4mm MDF, making them both lightweight and flexible. This innovative design opens up new possibilities for creative applications, including kitchen cabinetry, island units, vanities, furniture, and retail fit-outs.

Ease of Installation: Swurves™ panels can be manufactured up to a maximum size of 2400mm x 1200mm. They offer flexibility in design with a minimum convex radius of 100-150mm and a minimum concave radius of 150-200mm, depending on the profile. Note that all profiles have a square edge and are not self-supporting; they must be fixed to a pre-constructed curved form made from Thinline MDF or bendy ply.
