A New Era for Home Ideas Auckland

INTRODUCING: Residium.

A new name, a new identity and a strong direction for the Auckland Home Ideas Centre.

Our 27 year history as a resource for homeowners to discover new products for their renovations has given us the confidence to step forward as Residium, Auckland's premier destination for interior design and architectural product discovery. Our new name will roll out over the coming weeks as our year long renovations come to a close.

From our Director, Hugh McKellar:

We have listened extensively to our visitors and Exhibitors over the years, and have identified our direction as the primary space where architects, designers, and homeowners come together to explore the latest trends and innovations in the design and building industry. We are creating a place that inspires creativity, collaboration, and community, and are succeeding in that goal.

Residium is more than just a showroom. It's a hub for the building and design community, where visitors can find everything they need to build or renovate their dream home or workspace, specify materials for all aspects of client projects and find service providers to help them realise their visions. The Residium team hosts regular events, workshops, and talks to bring the community together and foster innovation and will champion each one of their Exhibitors at every opportunity.

Ultimately, the name Residium signifies our unwavering commitment to excellence in construction and design, underlining our mission to help create spaces that people can truly call home, whether for residential or commercial purposes. We take great pride in the hub we've established, one that inspires creativity, encourages collaboration, and propounds sustainability. We eagerly anticipate furthering this legacy with the broader New Zealand build and design community both trade and residential for many more years to come.

Residium is open 7 days at 165 The Strand, Parnell.
