Bremworth Experience Store: Finalist in 2024 Interior Awards

The Bremworth Experience Store located inside Residium Design + Building Centre has been nominated as a finalist in the Retail category of the 2024 New Zealand Interior Awards. The competition has selected thirty-three projects and three Emerging Design Professionals as finalists this year. Among the nominees are a tactile restaurant interior with painted stucco walls, a workplace with sculptural and directional design elements, a building that achieves the highest Green Star rating, and an enigmatic music venue that cultivates community through the arts.

The aim of the Bremworth Experience Store project was to create a sensory experience that reflects Bremworth's commitment to sustainable, high-quality design. Designers Izzard Design utilized interactive displays, natural materials, and a handwoven wool wall installation to showcase Bremworth's stunning carpets and rugs. The space celebrates New Zealand's craftsmanship and innovation, and the designers are proud to be recognized for it.
